An extraordinary showpiece including one of the two known plates. Likely the largest and nicest multiple in existence! Includes the 1957 Philatelic Foundation certificate issued to Col. DeVoss for the discovery pane of 97 from which this block comes. In all, 98 pairs and one single are known to exist.
