Unused, variety NH with tiny natural perf disc adherence, Fresh & Very Fine. 6 others NH / 8 VLH (appear NH), perf separations. Variety is from position 18 LR of 1st printing. Only 75 were issued and only about 15 are known to exist. A Choice example of this Very Scarce error. Philatelic Foundation certificate.
