Hope 1c green & black (#46, VF-XF) tied by Cristobal, 12-16-1915, machine cancel on multicolored PPC depicting, "A NATIVE BABY IN CARNIVAL DRESS, PANAMA CITY." to U.S. Very early use (Dec. 14th is earliest known) of this elusive stamp. Stamp is superbly centered though card has light toned spots and corner crease. Still an excellent early usage of this Mt. Hope local. PRICE: $175.00	cz046f2. Scarce usage of elusive Mt. Hope Local. PRICE: $150.00

	cz047f1. Canal Zone 47 on cover Coco Solo, 10-19-20, to U.S. Very Scarce cover! Canal Zone 1920 Mt. Hope 2c orange vermillion & black (#47, F-VF) tied by COCO SOLO, 10-19-1920, duplex on small cover to U.S. This is the ONLY RECORDED USAGE of any Mt. Hope used at Coco Solo and one of less then two dozen known 2c covers. Minor water damage on cover away from stamp. A Very Scarce & Important cover! In our opinion #47 covers are grossly undervalued in scott! PRICE: $995.00	cz047f2. Canal Zone 47 & 52 on U2a/2a on unsuccessful Trans-Oceanic Record Flight #1018 (CZ flight #2) Cristobal 10-6-1920 to Jamaica. Great flight and franking! Canal Zone 1920 Mt. Hope 2c orange vermillion & black, type III (#47, Very Fine) & 1918 1c green & black, type IV (#52, Very Fine) tied by Cristobal, 10-6-1920, machine cancel on 1916 2c red & black entire (#U2a/2a, Very Fine) to Jamaica by unsuccessful Trans-Oceanic Record flight #1018 (CZ flight #2) with special blue Cristobal, Oct. 6, Transit hdsp with, "AIR SERVICE/ FIRST DISPATCH/ Canal Zone-U.S.A." in killer bars. The flight was forced to return to France Field due to weather conditions where 6-line, "AVIATOR ENCOUNTERED/ IMPOSSIBLE WEATHER/ CONDITIONS NEARING/ JAMAICA, COMPELLING/ RETURN. MAIL RE-DIS-/ PATCHED BY STEAMER" handstamp was applied and cover was forwarded receiving Kingston, Jamaica, 10-23, receivers. Only 726 pieces were carried on the flight. An historic flight with exceptional combination franking. Less then two dozen examples of 2c Mt. Hope are known on cover of which 3 or 4 were carried on this flight. An Attractive & Amazing item. Ex-Leeds. In our opinion, #47's on cover are grossly undervalued in Scott. PRICE: $750.00

Hope 1c green (#67, F-VF tiny scuffs at bottom) tied by Ancon, 6-13-1924, machine cancel on multicolored picture postcard depicting, "Pacific Terminal Building, Balboa, C. Z." to U.S. Scarce use of this stamp, less then a dozen are recorded on cover. Grossly undervalued in Scott. PRICE: $600.00
